1. Agreement to Terms

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 0kplay Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all related accounts, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of all gaming activity including winnings derived from such accounts.

2.4 Prohibited Individuals

The following individuals are expressly prohibited from creating accounts or using 0kplay services:

• Persons under 21 years of age

The 0kplay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of 0kplay. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization. Game titles, characters, artwork, and other game-related intellectual property belong to their respective developers and licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0kplay, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the 0kplay Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

0kplay does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not responsible for losses resulting from system failures, network outages, software bugs, unauthorized access by third parties, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with 0kplay services is to cease using the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your 0kplay account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Peso (₱5,000), whichever is less.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 0kplay arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services, you agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 0kplay account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. If funds remain in a closed account for more than ninety (90) days, 0kplay may deduct reasonable administrative fees for account maintenance.

10.2 Termination by 0kplay

0kplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused bonuses, created duplicate accounts, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to 0kplay or other players.

Upon termination for cause, we may forfeit your account balance, void all pending bets, cancel all bonuses, and refuse to honor withdrawal requests. Termination does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to termination, and 0kplay may pursue all available legal remedies for breaches of these Terms.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 0kplay regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms.
